These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 25000 ("Platform"). Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use 25000's services.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 25000 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 25000 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform.
  • Attempting to disrupt, damage, or exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform.
  • Sharing login credentials with any third party.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or manipulation in transactions or gameplay.
  • Using the account for money laundering or other illegal activities.
  • Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 25000 reserves the right to report such matters to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 25000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are credited to the account once payment has been confirmed by the respective payment service provider.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the user account panel and are subject to change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 25000 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, depending on the chosen withdrawal method. All bonuses and rewards received through promotional programmes are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system may result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account.

25000 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal deemed suspicious, for the purposes of internal investigation or compliance with applicable legal requirements. In such cases, the user will be notified via their registered email address.

5. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The 25000 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 25000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. 25000 will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned maintenance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times.

Links to third-party websites that may appear on the 25000 platform do not constitute our endorsement of or responsibility for the content of those sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
